With a Premium Plus theme you can add lots of imagery to better visualise the content. Adding these images can be done in different manners.
Option 1 - images on the home page
The simplest way is to add it via the theme settings panel.
You can add or replace images via the theme settings panel for the following elements on the homepage:
- Stockholm theme as a sample
- Capetown theme as a sample
Note
If your theme was personalised by our development team, some custom elements can be added to the settings panel as well. Please look through all options available on your theme panel.
For this, you need to find the right fields on the settings panel. Just drag&drop or click on "Replace".

This option comes out of the box in all themes by Premium Plus.
If you have had code adjustment by our development team, meaning adding images or icons to categories, sections, subsections, Community topics, or articles and you don't find way 1 option for your images on the theme panel, please check out way 2 below.
Option 2 - images for category and section boxes
If your theme was personalised by Premium Plus team and your category, section, or community topic boxes have images, this is your option. These images can be adjusted via "Assets" folder in the theme code.
You can find more information on how to do it in Changing assets (images) to your theme.
Option 3 - adding images in articles
Images can be natively added in the articles - it's a default Zendesk feature. Using any theme by premium Plus, you need to do all the same in your Zendesk native article editor.
Option 4 - implementing Fantawsome in the article
If you are looking to add Fantawsome icons to your article text or an article subheading, you can easily do that by copying the code of the icon and pasting it in the source code of the article in the right place.
The icon you have added via the source code will not be visible in the article editor. To preview your changes, go to the helpcenter view
