When using our Email Template Builder, you might want to use images in the email template. In order to do so, we recommend the following:
Uploading and storing images for your email templates
We recommend using images for your email templates that are hosted on your own website or servers. If you aren't able to upload images on your own environment, you can use the build-in image uploader to upload and host images.
What are the recommended image sizes for an email template?
We recommend the following image sizes:
Logo
We recommend a PNG or JPEG with a resolution of 300x75px
Logo is displayed at around 150px width.
Header Image
We recommend a PNG or JPEG with a resolution of 1200x400px.
The banner is displayed at 600px width.
Footer Image
For square footer images (e.g. Crawl theme) we recommend a PNG or JPEG with a resolution of 600x400px. The image is displayed at around 300px width.
For banner footer images (e.g. Sydney theme) we recommend a PNG or JPEG with a resolution of 1200x400px. The image is displayed at around 600px width.
