Why would you use the Email Template Builder App?
The Email Template Builder is an app you can install via the marketplace.
It will allow you to create and store multiple email templates (all mobile responsive). The app allows you to select from one of the many available templates, modify them and visualise how your new template will look like.
Once you created the template, you can copy/paste the code directly in your Zendesk instance. All your outgoing mails will then inherit this email template.
