Email Template Compatibility
All email templates that are built either via Email Template Builder App or by the Premium Plus team are compatible with all recently launched and updated mail agents.
Our themes are tested against
- Outlook for Web,
- Gmail for Web,
- Apple Mail for macOS and
- Apple Mail for iOS
If you are using an old version or a rare mail agent, your users may see broken imagery on the email received from you. To minimise this risk, we recommend using email templates that don't include background images.
