Due to a limitation in the way Zendesk displays the content of email templates, there is a possibility that attached images may exceed the boundaries of your email template design. This means that the images may appear distorted or may not fit properly within the designated area of the email template.
Since this element is created by Zendesk, we do not have the ability to change or adjust its functionality.
Nevertheless, there is a solution that can be implemented. By deselecting the option to include attachments in emails, the attachments will be presented as a list instead:
