If you receive this error message, it means that you hit some usage limit related to your OpenAI subscription. As we don't have visibility on your subscription, you might want to check the OpenAI information listed below.

This is a limit set by OpenAi. It means long or complex emails will not get analysed fully. Especially emails with a lot of HTML content will go over that limit fast.

We have logic built into our app to strip the markup from the ticket, and we are continuously trying to further optimize our code. Nevertheless, there is no workaround for the limitation set by OpenAi. More info on the OpenAi website.
