The App can be used regardless of the license Type in Zendesk.
Currently, the only restriction is language based. The App can analyse tickets in English, Dutch and French but the analysis returned by ChatGPT is listed in English. We understand that multilingual support is important, and our team is actively working on expanding language support to be included in future updates to cater for your needs.
Note:
- The App doesn't take side conversations and ticket fields into consideration.
These options can be created as feature requests. - ChatGPT API handles max 4000 tokens so long conversations might get cut off halfway
- We use the OpenAI API which is a generic model. The content is not tuned specifically to your environment.
