For all apps purchased via the Marketplace, the following rules apply:
- if it concerns a one-time purchase you will not get billed a second time
- if it concerns a monthly/yearly subscription, the subscription will get automatically renewed
you can check the subscription plan by going to the Admin Centre > Apps and Integrations > Zendesk support app and open the App. From here you can see the plan you have signed up for.
