Redeem an App Coupon or Voucher Code

For some of our apps, we offer Voucher Codes and Coupons to redeem the app as a one-time purchase instead of a recurring subscription.

Redeeming a code

1. You receive a coupon via email after the purchase
2. Search for the app on the Zendesk Marketplace
3. Enter the code in the installation window and press Apply
4. The install window should reflect the new price.
