The only way to acquire a Premium Plus theme for your helpcenter is to buy it on the Zendesk marketplace.
Point of Attention: Premium Plus doesn't send out theme files and doesn't accept direct payments from our customers. Only in case of a custom theme order, is it possible to pay via invoicing. In this scenario, we will install the theme directly onto your Zendesk account.
How to buy a Theme?
You can go directly to the Zendesk Marketplace or check out the Premium Plus Themes on our website.
When you have the theme you want to buy, click on the "Start 14-day trial" button.
You will be asked to fill out your Zendesk domain.
when installing you will be prompted to accept the Terms & Conditions
Upon confirmation, the trial will be installed on your zendesk instance. The trial will be loaded in the Helpcenter library and can be purchased from here.
When clicking the "Buy now" link you will be asked to select the license type. Select the license type you need (more info about license types here).
In the next pop-up, you will be prompted to fill out the billing details. Once correctly submitted the theme will get loaded on your Helpcenter.
You will be forwarded to Stripe, where you can pay for the license with a Credit Card.
After payment, you will get redirected to the Helpcenter again and a payment confirmation message will appear. As of this moment, you can set your purchased theme live.
Note
You can always start with the trial and purchase the theme after checking the theme. The trial is always apply the standard license.
