How to upgrade the license type after the purchase of a theme.

All the Premium Plus themes can be purchased in a Standard or a Developer license.

The zendesk marketplace doesn't allow upgrading the license type and invoice only the price difference. Therefore, if you purchased the Standard license but realise you need the Developer license, the following steps need to be taken:

  1. Purchase the Developer theme
  2. Request a refund for the Standard License by sending an email to finance@premiumplus.io. include in your mail both invoices (purchase of the Standard and Developer Theme).

Once we receive the correct information, our billing team will refund you the Standard License.

Note

This is only possible for upgrading the license type to the Developer License for the same Theme
