Premium Plus develops their apps with privacy and data minimalism as a startpoint.
Our Marketplace Apps run completely within the Zendesk environment with no external dependencies outside of the exceptions listed below.
This means we use no middleware, servers or data storage outside of the Zendesk environment.
Where do we store your data?
All data is stored inside your Zendesk instance as Custom Objects, custom fields of your tickets or as assets inside the app bundle.
Does any customer data ever leave the Zendesk instance?
No
Do we track or see what you do in the app?
No, we have no logging, cookies or any other technology that checks what you do with the app
What data do we store?
We only see the name of your Zendesk instance and your admin email in our billing system in order to charge for the subscription.
Data Exceptions
- We load an external JS library for JQuery, Select2 and Bootstrap hosted on public CDNs.
- We store default assets for our Email Template Builder on Github. Production Zendesk Templates created by the app contain no external dependencies.
- Widget Guide loads its configuration database from a JSON file stored on GitHub.
