Within the Self Service App, you can request to change the number of Seats.
Go to the Dashboard and click on the "Request Change" button.
A new window will pop-up allowing you to change the license type or the number of seats.
It is possible to request a change in number of seats and/or a change in the license type.
(In the example below I requested to add 2 extra seats)
Once you click on the "Submit Change" button below, an email will be sent to the Account owner in Zendesk asking to either approve or cancel the request.
Upon approval (or cancellation), the status of the request will be shown in the Account details Tab under "Change Requests". here you can track all your requests with the corresponding status.
