Now on the left-hand side in Zendesk support, you can open the Self-Service Portal
The portal will open up on the Dashboard
In the right upper corner, there is a button, enabling the admins to make change requests.
Each change request will be sent to the Account owner of your Zendesk instance first.
All requests will need to get approved first!
All change requests will need to get approved by the owner of your Zendesk instance. Even the change requests submitted by the owner. An email will be sent to the owner in which he/she can approve or decline the request.
Your account owner will receive an email allowing him/her to accept or reject the change request. Upon approval, the request will be forwarded to Premium Plus.
When requesting a change 3 options will appear:
1. Subscription Tab
Change the license type or number of seats. Both upgrades or downgrades are possible.
2. More Zendesk products Tab
In here you can subscribe to any of the add-ons in zendesk, such as Workforee magaement, ADPP or Advaced AI
3. Premium Plus Products Tab
In this Tab, you can subscribe to any of the service offerings for Premium Plus
