If you want Premium Plus to access your Aircall instance, we will need an Aircall admin account.
There are 2 options, either you create a "Premium Plus" specific account or you share an existing admin account.
Adding an admin in Aircall
Please create an administrator account for us in your Aircall instance.
with Email: guide+XXXXXXX@premiumplus.io (where XXX is the name of your company)Here is how you can do it:

Go to the Users section in the left-hand navigation menu.

Click on Create User.

A window will open, prompting you to enter the information for the new user. This includes:

First and Last Name

Email address
-
Role(Select admin)

Once you have entered the required information, select Confirm to save and complete.

The new user will receive an invitation email containing a confirmation button that needs to be validated to activate the user.
Sharing existing credentials
If you don't want to pay for the extra license in Aircall, you can decide to share the credentials of an existing admin account. This needs to happen in the safest way by following these guidelines.
Upon receipt of the login details, we will ensure they are being kept in the most secure manner(1Password)
