No one is perfect and neither are our Apps. Meaning that a malfunction can occur. Obviously, as we love to assist you, we will need to get the right information in order to solve the issue. That is why we might ask you for a console log.

Creating a Console log

Depending on the browser the path to view the console logs might be different.

in Google Chrome / Microsoft Edge

1. on the right-hand side of your browser click on the 3 dots and select > More Tools > 

2. a new view pops up on either the left or right side or at the bottom of the window (you can change the setting if needed). In this new view, select the Console tab. You can use the Default Levels dropdown to select only the Errors or warnings.

3. Take a screenshot or copy the contents of the view.

4. If issues occur, they will be displayed in orange/red. this is exactly the info we require.
