When a proactive message is sent, we visualise the message status from WhatsApp in Zendesk which allows you to apply triggers and automations for this.
Message statuses that we use
Message not (yet) delivered
Message received by recipient
Message read by recipient (this status depends on the privacy settings of the recipient)
To use this add-on you must have our Professional WhatsApp license.
