Restrict Asana to a specific Workspace

Thomas Verschoren Thomas Verschoren

When the Asana app loads it searches for all Workspace linked to your specific user or access token.

If only one Workspace is detected it will load the projects by default.

If we detect more than one workspace we show a dropdown on top of the application. Selecting a Workspace will then show all related projects.

I don't want to select a Workspace each time

If you don't want to select your workspace every time you add a task you can open the Apps' settings and add a preferred Workspace ID to your settings.

You can find available Workspaces by opening this link and copied the ID related to your Workspace

{"data":[
{"gid":"1156820912149169","name":"Workspace A","resource_type":"workspace"},
{"gid":"1199891903982954","name":"Workspace B","resource_type":"workspace"}
]}
