In order for the WhatsApp integration to work smoothly, the following requirements must always be met:
- A phone must be available with WhatsApp on it
- The phone must be on and charged.
- There must be a constant and stable internet connection.
- It isn’t possible anymore to use web.whatsapp.com when your WhatsApp account is connected with our integration
- You need to have a Support Professional licence of Zendesk (if you want we can also make an interesting offer for you for your Zendesk licences).
